Menu to discover the dishes and flavors of the cuisine of the city of the Palio. The main dish is undoubtedly Pici with meat sauce, a special homemade pasta originating in the city of Siena!

    Excellent served as an accompaniment to mature sheep’s milk cheeses and fruit chutney. First courses of fresh egg pasta with lamb or hare sauce. Roast duck and roasts in general; sublime on a pork fillet in ham crust with chestnuts or morello cherries with reduced red wine.

    Given the complicity and harmony between freshness and softness, it offers versatile accompaniments throughout the meal, starting with fish-based hors d’oeuvres, first courses with vegetables and fresh cheeses, and with baked fish. Excellent with maltagliati with cuttlefish ink, lobster and fresh cherry tomatoes garnished simply with a fruity extra- virgin olive oil.

8:00 AM - Let's go shopping
Based on the menu chosen, we will go to local vendors to buy the freshest and best produce to prepare dinner.
9:30 AM - Box preparation
We will prepare in a refrigerated box everything we need to take with us to prepare the dinner you have chosen.

5:30 PM - Arrival at the villa
We will start preparing the dinner you have ordered in the villa kitchen.
8:00 PM - Dinner is ready to be served
We are ready to serve you the dinner we have prepared. If you have added a recommended wine, each dish will be paired with the suggested wine.
10:00 PM - Cleaning the kitchen
At the end of dinner, we will take care of cleaning and tidying up the kitchen.
