During your stay, do not miss the experience of a cooking class! The chef will come to your villa and you will have the opportunity to have a unique experience. Options include a homemade pasta and dessert course or the preparation of a full menu. The lesson is totally hands-on, during each course the chef will involve you in the preparation of each dish. So that, you will make traditional fresh pasta (pici, tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi), cut vegetables or prepare the meat to be cooked in the oven, and so on. This lesson takes about 3 hours and it usually takes place in the afternoon starting at 3 or 4 p.m. The experience will end with a meal of what you will have prepared (possibility that group members who did not attend the class can join the dinner with extra price). In addition to the lesson, the fee includes dinner service and final clean-up.
